Tbbaji Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Membership & Platform Usage

By using the tbbaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") website, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Registering or using any of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tbbaji and its members. Both parties are required to comply with this agreement. tbbaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notice.

Scope of Application

• Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are capped at BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals over ৳10,000 may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Tbbaji reserves the right to cancel any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error.
• In the event of any dispute over an event's outcome, the official scoreboard shall be the final reference.

Maximum Betting Limit

Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. For regular matches, the single bet limit can go up to ৳50,000. This limit may be higher for major tournaments. VIP members have separate limits set for their accounts.

Result Determination

Tbbaji follows the decisions of internationally recognized sports authorities when determining betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, the ruling of tbbaji's management committee shall be final.

Tbbaji's various bonuses and promotional offers each come with their own terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met.
• Only bets placed on eligible betting markets will count toward rollover calculations.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device or network is prohibited.
• Tbbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbbaji:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Participating in match-fixing or manipulation using insider or external information.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized attempts to access another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Coordinated or syndicated betting that influences the market.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

Tbbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to pass age verification or confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 1 year).
• At the member's own request.

Closed at Member's Own Request

If you wish to close your account — whether for responsible gaming reasons or any other — please contact our support team. A Self-Exclusion option is also available, which locks your account for a specified period.

Tbbaji is a betting platform. Betting always carries the risk of financial loss. tbbaji is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred by the member through betting.
• Bets missed due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Account information leaked due to the member's own negligence.

Tbbaji is committed to maintaining high service standards, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
